Clara Dumas is Senior Associate in Odgers Berndtson´s Argentinas office.
She has more than 16 years of experience in executive search in Argentina, and has worked previously for two other international executive search firms where she specialized as a recruitment consultant for senior executives.
Clara received her bachelor degree Human Resources Administration from Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires and Graduate degree in Training and Development from Universidad Católica Argentina.
