Amir Baddour

Amir Baddour has nearly 10 years consulting, executive search and business experience in the Middle East.

His role includes developing client relationships across the Middle East and managing leadership advisory projects. 
 
Prior to Odgers Berndtson, Amir worked across Leadership Consulting, Executive Search and Recruitment within the private and public sector inclusive of the largest Investment Funds and Royal Commissions in the region. He previously established a Leadership Consulting division and conducted programs across the Construction, Aviation, Banking and Pharma industries. Amir has also placed C-Suite executives within the Healthcare, Ground Handling, Aviation, Real Estate Development, Retail, Manufacturing and Tourism industries. 
 
He is a certified and registered Occupational Test User: Ability and Personality in the British Psychological Society. He holds an MSc and Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Psychology.
