Karen Chiew is the lead Partner for Odgers Berndtson’s Asia Pacific Leadership Advisory practice. She supports clients and their leaders to maximise their potential to thrive in an increasingly disruptive world.
Karen has over 20 years’ experience as a consultant and as an in-house practitioner. In her internal talent management roles in both Asia and Europe, she established high potential programmes, worked to build healthy talent pipelines, and drove culture change efforts. Karen has also worked at top management and talent consulting companies covering leadership assessments (from emerging talent to C-suite), development programmes, succession planning, talent strategies and executive search. Her global clients are across financial services, life sciences, and industrial sectors.
Karen is a graduate of Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, specializing in Human Resources Management. She is accredited in Hogan, Saville Wave, MBTI, Strengths Profile and Korn Ferry psychometric instruments. She is also a certified Transformational Coach. Born in Malaysia, Karen has lived in New Zealand, the UK, Italy and Singapore, and leverages her international exposure and cross-cultural understanding to support her clients.
