Linda Kearschner is a Principal in Odgers Berndtson’s Washington, D.C. office.

She is a member of the firm’s U.S. Transportation & Infrastructure Practice and also supports the senior executive and C-suite talent requirements of public and private sector clients in the Aerospace, Defense/Intel, and Cyber Security industries. With nearly twenty years of organizational analysis and leadership development experience, Linda has also consulted on a wide array of Financial Service, M&A Advisory, Private Equity, P3 and Insurance clients around the world.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Linda was the Executive Director of Intelligentsia Research, a retained search/research boutique that she founded in 2001.  Before starting her own firm, Linda was the Director of Research for Horton International, managing their proprietary research unit based in Tampa, Florida.

Linda is a graduate of the University of South Florida where she majored in Business Administration and Marketing.  Linda is active in several industry networking groups and is also a dedicated child advocacy volunteer who currently serves as the President of the Florida Parent Teacher Association.
