Flávia Farias

Flávia is Partner at Odgers Berndtson. She has a Bachelor degree in Psychology from UNICAP, a Postgraduate degree in People Management from UPE and an MBA in Business Management from FGV.

She is qualified in Assessment DISC, training in Assessment Quantum, certificated in Coaching by SBC and Training for Brand Strategists 2.0.

She has more than 20 years of experience in HR, 10 of which in leadership positions; has strong know-how in Human and Organizational Development, Change Management, Management and Projects. She worked and provided services in companies such as Acquavero Investimentos, Luxottica, Alpargatas, PepsiCo and Votorantim Cimentos; in addition to a network of dental clinics (AN Odonto Recife), HOCetao Dental Hospital in SP. She participated as a volunteer in the Collaborative Mentorship with Instituto Vasselo Goldoni, co-founder of the Business Drink Group – São Paulo in 2019 and Business Drink Connection-Recife. Founder of the company Escolhas Mentoria de Carreira in 2019, which contributes to the professional success of people and businesses.
