Olga Jeczmyk

Olga is a Senior Research Leader and MarCom specialist at Odgers Berndtson office in Luxembourg. She spent the last 7 years working in marketing and digital communication for POST Telecom or the European Parliament in Luxembourg. She has professional experience as a marcom specialist for international firms and organisations (such as the FAO) in Barcelona and Roma. Olga is responsible for the whole research process from identification, direct approach to motivating the most valuable, and passive, candidates to join us for interviews. She used to deal with talents at senior-level cross sectors and has been working in the finance, telecom and business & professional services sectors in Europe.

Based on her experiences, Olga is also bringing a very important value in the marketing and online communication areas making Odgers Berndtson more digitally attractive by improving its position and presence on the Grand-Duchy.

Olga holds a BA in Languages Specialised in Law - Finance & Communication, a MA in Communication and Intercultural Studies and she is currently finishing her PhD in Communication Strategies. She is fluent in French, English, Polish, Italian, Spanish and Catalan.
