Natalia Rousseau

Natalia Rousseau is Head of Research at Odgers Berndtson France.

She coordinates the research teams and works across the main sectors of the economy.

She started her career at the French Foreign Office (French Embassy in Madrid), in the Cultural and Human Resources Departments. She moved to France in 2000 and continued her career in the Executive Search field. She joined several Executive Search firms as International Senior Recruiter. Natalia joined Odgers Berndtson in 2019.

She holds a Political Sciences degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
