Nandika is a Research and Data Associate at Odgers Berndtson office in Luxembourg where she is responsible for talent research and identification, client reporting and delivery metrics. She has 6+ years of experience in the Executive Search and sourcing industry. Previously, she managed Tech Talent Acquisition with startups, responsible for tech leadership recruitment and also worked with Whirlpool Corporation as a part of their Global Leadership Hiring team, for identifying talent pipelines for global Leadership roles, along with working on various methodologies for diversity research.

She started as a Research Analyst with companies like GLG and Egon Zehnder International. During her tenure with Egon Zehnder, she advanced into the Researcher domain by gaining skills in talent sourcing and market mapping, pipeline research and profiling, client proposals and reporting. She worked on various sourcing and research strategies for the Europe and UK markets whilst collaborating closely with global stakeholders and regional leadership. Nandika holds a Bachelor’s in Technology specialized in Information Technology, an MBA specialized in HR and Marketing. Nandika speaks English and Hindi.
