Marleigh Miller

Marleigh Miller is a Senior Associate and Associate Team Manager in Odgers Berndtson’s Aerospace, Defense, and National Security Practice. She has quickly advanced since joining the firm in 2022, reflecting her expertise in this highly specialized sector and her exceptional capability in managing complex projects and teams.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Marleigh honed her talent acquisition expertise at GattiHR Industrial in Philadelphia, where she was responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of C-Suite level roles across various industries including Aerospace and Defense, Engineering, Maritime Defense, and more. 

Marleigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a specialization in Legal Studies, from Drexel University. 

In addition to her professional pursuits, Marleigh is committed to social causes, as evidenced by her volunteer efforts with Broad Street Ministry in Philadelphia. Her work there focused on poverty alleviation and providing essential services like hygiene products and meals to those in need, demonstrating her dedication to making a positive impact in her community. Marleigh also spearheaded a partnership initiative between Odgers Berndtson and The Urban Renewal Center, a Virginia-based non-profit. The partnership, called WorthWhile Work, provided workshops, interviewing preparation and resume writing for the occupants of their houseless shelter.
