Kenza Alami

Kenza Alami is a Research Partner for the Private Equity & Portfolio and Industrial Practices of Odgers Berndtson France. She also handles CEO & CFO roles.

She started her professional career in an employment agency in Washington dedicated to international organisations before joining a headhunting firm in New York. In 2001 she joined the Finance practice of Korn Ferry International in Paris. Kenza joined Odgers Berndtson in 2008 as a Director of Research in charge of Private Equity/Portfolio companies, M&A and Structured Finance. She became a Partner in 2016.

Kenza lived 10 years in the US. She graduated with a Masters in Applied Foreign Languages from the University of Aix-en-Provence.
