Kennon Kincaid

Kennon Kincaid is the CEO of Odgers Berndtson US, a leading executive search and leadership development firm.

Odgers Berndtson’s clients come from every shape and size of organization: from start-ups to multinational corporations, and span the private, not-for-profit, and public sectors. 

Kennon was promoted to the role of CEO after four years as the Odgers Berndtson US Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw its people, processes, and operations. He serves on the firm’s Board of Directors as well as its Global Advisory Board.

Prior to joining Odgers, Kennon served as a Diplomat, advancing the interests of the US and its allies across Europe, Africa, and the Asia Pacific. Subsequently, Kennon joined Rocket Lab, a leading aerospace company and launch service provider, where he established and led international business development, security operations, and government relations.

Kennon serves on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Civilian Corps, a not-for-profit that is part of a broader movement to reinvigorate and enable a culture of service in the United States. He is an active member of Alder, a community of executives working to foster generational leadership, and is a Board Member of the Miners Wrestling Club. Kennon speaks French and has a Bachelor of International Studies (with honors) from Virginia Military Institute. He is a proud husband and father of three.
