Katy is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Consumer Practice based in the Boston office. A seasoned industry veteran with C-level and other senior executive leadership roles at consumer and luxury brands including Ralph Lauren, CVS Health, and Skinnygirl Cocktails, Katy brings a wealth of direct industry experience across the Consumer, Retail and E-commerce sectors. Her knowledge of organizational dynamics spans startups to the Fortune 500 and helps companies successfully make complex and impactful human capital decisions. With her deep understanding of people and positions and her broad experience across marketing, strategy, and operations roles, Katy recruits senior executives with the ability to dramatically transform businesses and make remarkable things happen. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Katy was a Principal at another leading consumer sector search firm, where she began her search career.

Katy earned her BA from Columbia University where she majored in Economics, and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
