Karin Muscat

Karin Muscat is a Senior Research Associate at Odgers Berndtson South Africa.

Karin has more than twenty years’ experience working for global search firms, local boutiques as well as in the Talent and Human Resources function within industry. 

At Odgers Berndtson, Karin works alongside consultants and partners to deliver talent and market insights across a range of industries including Retail and Consumer, Technology, Financial Services and the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors.

Karin has worked in Africa and the Middle East, as well as in select European countries on a variety of functional searches across both traditional and emerging industries. 

Karin holds a Bachelor of Arts, with majors in Psychology and English Literature obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand.
