He has an extensive experience in the financial sector as an executive in the different entities in which he has worked and in high-level positions, as well as a deep knowledge of the sector that has helped him to help numerous national and international financial entities to identify and attract talent for a wide variety of financial businesses.
He is a Certified Coach (ACC) by ICF (International Coach Federation) since 2005 and a Certified Coach for Team Coaching by ICF since 2006. He is also Certified in Synergology applied to Coaching, Certified in Neuro Coaching and Neuro Leadership (ICF Spain Chapter) and Expert Coach in Emotional Intelligence by the European Coaching School (EEC). With more than 800 coaching sessions to all kind of senior leaders and is equally certified in the use of HOGAN personality cognitive tools.
He was a partner at Seeliger y Conde for 18 years, Global Practice Leader of the Leadership Assessment practice during six years and CEO of The Amrop Partnership for four years, as well as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. He holds a degree in Law and Business from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-3), and has completed a Senior Management Program at IESE, as well as IMD (Switzerland). He also holds a Digital Executive Program at ISDI.
