Florence Joie

With 25 years of experience in various industries (finance, real estate, automotive industry, healthcare, …) and functions (project management, audit, international development, HR, …), up to the level of member of a management committee and a board of directors, Florence is specialised in leadership advisory, executive coaching and change management.

Based on her experience and competencies, she is able to rapidly address business challenges faced by various industries, as well as to establish a climate of trust with the various stakeholders. Her creativity and artistic skills open up new business approaches.

Using Odgers Berndtson powerful assessment tools, Florence is partnering with our clients to identify the most performing resource for each defined challenge or function. She accompanies leaders in their questioning and positioning to maximize their success. Florence is also working on succession plans and Boards or ExCo evaluation.

Florence holds a Master degree in Business Engineering from HEC-Liège. She is also a Certified Professional Coach from the Co-Active Training Institute and Leadership Circle coach. She is also certified in Process Communication Model, Hogan Assessments and Mental Health First Aid.
