Eros Sharma

Eros Sharma is a Leadership Development, People Strategy, L&D, Talent, DE&I, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding and Human Capital professional with 20 + years of experience in Spain, Germany, South Korea, Brazil, the UK, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. Eros has consulted for financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical companies amongst other sectors and has also worked directly for senior management of global organizations in the Consulting, Technology, FMCG, International Financial Institution, Pharmaceutical, and Insurance sectors. 

Eros has a BSc in Marketing from Drexel University, an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge, and was a former Adjunct Professor of Leadership at Sacred Heart University, Jack Welch College of Business. As a former Adjunct Professor of Leadership Eros taught "Leading and Influencing with Integrity" where his MBA students researched CEO personalities and leadership integrity. As an executive coach, Eros balances empathy with timed challenge offering perspective to provoke client self-reflection and accountability for the desired change. During his MSc in Executive Coaching dissertation, Eros researched different schools of coaching psychology and established allegiance to integrative executive coaching where he learned to self-reflect for the benefit of his clients.

On a personal note, Eros is Spanish and has grown up with people from all around the world making him an authentic global citizen. Eros enjoys soccer, tennis, electronic music, and travelling.
