Camille Kidd

Based in Northern California, Camille Kidd serves as the Practice Manager for US Life Sciences. She supports the practice through promoting operational efficiency, marketing efforts, and business development.  

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Camille was a Senior Advisor for University of Massachusetts Global (formerly Brandman University), where she facilitated an impactful advising and student success model through advocacy and service. In her 6 years in the field of higher education, Camille also gained experience supporting graduate faculty recruitment and placement, community and stakeholder engagement, program development, and cross-team collaboration. Her expertise lies in complex process implementation, recruitment and retention, stakeholder engagement, and project execution.

Camille holds an MA degree in Organizational Leadership with a graduate certificate in Health Administration from University of Massachusetts Global, and a BA in Psychology from California State University, Channel Islands.
