She has extensive experience of work with Financial, Commercial, and Marketing executives as well as General Managers. Alina specialises in Executive Search projects in Banking, Education, FMCG, Retail, Media, and Energy sectors.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson Ukraine in 2021, she was working for 3 years at a recruitment agency and was responsible for the closing of Commercial and Marketing positions.

Alina has a Master's degree in Media management and administration from the National Technical University of Ukraine Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
