Mariana Reis is a Consultant at Odgers Berndtson's Lisbon office.
Currently focuses on strategic human capital consulting projects, on topics such as Talent Strategy, Leadership and Team Development and Organization and Culture Transformation.

Previously integrated an IT & Services Consulting company and was responsible for the execution of Recruitment & Selection processes in the IT area.

Mariana completed her Degree in International Business Administration at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
