Alina Santos

Alina Santos is a Principal at Odgers Berndtson in Portugal.

Alina started her career in 2013 at Deloitte, as a consultant at the Strategy & Operation Service Line, Human Capital division. She participated in several projects for clients in Portugal and Angola, such as competency assessment, organizational climate, design of training courses and others. After more than two years of experience in consulting she joined the People Development department, corporate function at Deloitte, being responsible for training, development and coaching projects for their employees.

Alina holds a Master degree in Management from NOVA School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor degree in Economics from ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
