He is also an experienced leadership consultant who analyses profiles of current and future leaders - individually and as a leadership team - providing valuable leadership insights.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson in 2014, Pieter worked for various Executive Search companies in Holland and Cyprus. Prior to that he briefly explored a career as a forensic psychologist.

Pieter has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He is a family man who loves to travel and play sports: exploring adventure, creativity and spirituality. Wanting to get as much out of life as possible.
