Payal Bhanushali

Payal joins Odgers Berndtson in the Mumbai office as a member of the Financial Services practice. She focusses on senior leadership hiring for Banks, Small Finance Banks, NBFCs, GCCs, Insurance, Wealth Management, Investment Bank and Fin-Tech firms.

She brings on board over seven years of experience, most of which has been with leading global executive search firms. In her previous role, she has been instrumental in executing leadership searches as a key member of the financial services practice, leading searches across various functions and sub-sectors. Her expertise predominantly lies in identifying the best talent for MD/CEO, C-suite and Advisory positions.

Payal holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from SIES College of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies in Finance from SIES College of Commerce and Economics.
