Dagmar Pithan

Dagmar Pithan has over 25 years of professional experience in global management positions.

Together with agile, virtual and interdisciplinary teams in strategic HR topics such as strategy development, personnel development and change management, as well as in operational implementation as a strategic HR business partner.

In addition, Ms. Pithan is a guest lecturer at the DHBW Mannheim & Karlsruhe in the field of HR Management and at the University of Amsterdam in the field of Diversity & Inclusion.

After training as a tax assistant, she completed a degree in business administration. She is also certified as a business and personal coach by Henley Business School.
