Anna Kuzenkova

Anna is Partner at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine and is responsible for executive search within Banking, Real Estate and Renewable Energy practices.

Prior to Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, Anna worked as Head of the Talent Acquisition Department at one of the largest banks in Ukraine. She was responsible for recruitment and adaptation of personnel, implementation of procedures and processes. Moreover, she has experience at leading international law firm as an HR Director and was responsible for the recruitment of senior managers, employer brand and corporate culture coordination.

Anna has an international Hogan Assessment Certification and a Master’s degree in Psychology.
