Pascale ElHajj

Pascale El Hajj is an Associate within Odgers Berndtson's Dubai office.

She specialises in senior executive appointments across the Aviation, Sports, Media, Tourism, Retail, and Consumer sectors in the MENA region.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she was with an executive search firm in Lebanon, working on senior-level roles across multiple sectors in the MENA and African regions.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from the American University of Beirut, where she was enrolled in the University Scholarship Program fully funded by USAID.
