Tobias Kühr

Tobias Kühr is the founder and CEO of Berndtson HR Consulting, a management consultancy focusing on co-creation and the implementation of transformation and HR projects. Mr. Kühr has over 20 years of international professional experience in management consulting and large corporations, specializing in HR, transformation, and business development, including serving as Vice President at Deutsche Telekom AG.

Mr. Kühr studied economics at the University of Hertfordshire (UK) and holds an MBA from the University of Bradford (UK).

At Berndtson HR Consulting, Mr. Kühr primarily advises clients from various industries on transformation, organizational and HR strategy development, as well as shared service centers and process management.
