Jan-Menko Grummer

Jan-Menko Grummer rides as Senior Advisor for Odgers Berndtson for the integration of ESG and transformation issues in strategy and leadership matters.

He has worked as an auditor and partner at a Big4 in various capacities since 1993. From 2012, he was part of EY's Assurance management team with various roles. In addition to auditing, transaction advisory, IPOs and various advisory services for large, listed companies from DAX, MDAX and SDAX, large mid-sized companies were among his clients from the beginning. Since 2017, he specialized in ESG and directly accompanied the European regulatory process as Vice Chair of the Corporate Reporting Policy Group at Accountancy Europe.

Since July 2022, he has been using his many years of experience to advise primarily capital market-oriented companies as well as large medium-sized companies from industry and the financial sector. The focus of his consulting services is the integration of partly regulatory required ESG targets and requirements into the strategy and business model of the client. Due to the existing knowledge of regulation, financial market and corporate governance, solutions can be developed that meet all requirements and ensure the integration of ESG into the overall company.
