Sally Roake

Sally is an Associate in the global Media Practice working alongside Julie McKeen, based in London.

Her focus is C-suite and senior leadership positions across the media sector.

Prior to Odgers Berndtson Sally was part of the global executive search team for Publicis Groupe and was a Partner at the boutique, Grace Blue where she specialised in creative leadership particularly within the agency landscape. She spent the first ten years of her career in various advertising agencies in London, including Y&R where she worked with brands including Land Rover and the Bel Groupe.

Sally holds a degree in the History of Modern Art from the University of Manchester.
