Rafaela Cardoso

Rafaela is Partner within the Digital Economy Practice, Edtechs, Fintechs, Marketplaces & Technology.

Rafaela holds a degree in International Relations from UAM and in Human Resources Management from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul. She is a Certified Coach by the Brazilian Institute of Coaching – IBC. He has been working in executive search and professional services since 2010.

From 2018 to 2022, he served as Head of Operations at Odgers Berndtson, responsible for leading the company's talent team. As a partner at New Economy, she is responsible for attracting and managing clients in the technology and techborns sector.
