Katie Gilmartin

Katie joined Odgers in 2023 to extend our offering in the legal and professional services team. Focusing on growing and strengthening our relationships with the major consulting and strategy firms she brings experience in the inclusion, culture and leadership development space.

Prior to joining Odgers, Katie was the Global Head of People, Culture & Engagement for design business, Arup. A qualified lawyer, Katie has also held a number of fee earning and operational roles in both law firms and the Big 4; most notably as part of the Strategy and Integration Team at international law firm, CMS during the 2017 merger of CMS, Nabarro and Olswang (the City’s largest legal merger).
