Earlier, Karan was with a leading global retained search firm where he was an Associate aligned with the consumer markets practice, responsible for end to end delivery of leadership search mandates. Prior to that, Karan worked as an Assistant Manager – Research in the captive unit of this global retained search firm for over eight years. He provided research support to worldwide offices and worked across multiple sectors including Consumer, Technology, and Industrial sector. Karan began his career in 2004 and worked in an outsourcing firm in Noida as a Senior Customer Contact Officer, focusing on managing market research surveys for a diverse set of clients across different sectors.

Karan holds an MBA in Marketing from EIILM University and a Bachelor's degree from University of Delhi.
