Focused on building gender parity on Boards she founded the Odgers Berndtson CFO Practice’s bi-annual women's networking lunches. These draw together female executives within financial management across all sectors, offering the opportunity to gain career advice from a Chairwoman or CFO keynote speaker.

Julia closely supports the Managing Partner and Head of the Board & CFO Practice.

She is bi-lingual (German and English) and holds a BA in Literature and German.
