Joshua Havers

Josh is an Associate in the Board and Industrial Practices at Odgers Berndtson.

With a focus on board and executive level appointments to businesses across the FTSE as well as privately held companies under a range of ownership structures, from start-up to PE-backed and family-owned, he places a particular emphasis on developing diverse governing bodies and leadership teams that operate with impact. His specialism is in advanced manufacturing for leading edge technology across a variety of subsectors including consumer technology, scientific instruments, aerospace and defence, power generation and industrial automation.

He began at Odgers in the Government Practice, recruiting senior leadership roles for a wide array of government departments and agencies. He has a Masters in International Business with Modern Languages.
