Joshua Havers

Josh sits across the Board and Industrial Practices at Odgers Berndtson.

With a focus on board and executive level appointments to businesses across the FTSE as well as privately held companies under a range of ownership structures, from start-up to VC/PE-backed and family-owned, he places a particular emphasis on developing diverse leadership teams that operate with impact. His specialism is in infrastructure, engineering and business services covering a range of subsectors, including outsourced services, environmental consultancy, test & measurement, security and fire protection, cleantech/renewables, value add-distribution, EPC contractors and industrial automation.

He began at Odgers in the Government Practice, recruiting senior leadership roles for a wide array of government departments and agencies. He has a Masters in International Business with Modern Languages.
