Jonathan Rossotto

Jonathan Rossotto is a Partner and Head of UK Energy within the Industrial Practice at Odgers Berndtson.

He leads the firm’s work in the power and utilities, cleantech, infrastructure and transportation sectors, including operators/service providers, manufacturers, the DNOs, consultancies and regulatory bodies.

With the growth of new technologies and innovative businesses in the cleantech start-up space, Jonathan has supported organisations to commercialise at Board level with CCO, COO and CEO appointments to assist through Series A funding and beyond.

Finally, he has particular expertise in partnering with EV charging infrastructure organisations, having worked with four of the largest UK CPOs in the last 12 months.

Jonathan began his Executive Search career in Shanghai in 2009.  He joined Odgers in 2019. 

Jonathan is a graduate in Modern Languages from University College London.
