Fabio Prado

​​Fabio is a Partner and Co-Head in the Consumer Practice of Odgers Berndtson in Sao Paulo.

With over 32 years of experience in the Consumer Industry, he performed in the areas of marketing, sales and general management. He spent most of his career at Unilever, where he started as a trainee and held various positions in six different countries. He was SVP Marketing for the Americas region, President of the Central America cluster, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela and President Mexico and the Caribbean. He was also President of New Businesses at JBS México and Executive Director of Suzano Papel e Celulose.

Fabio has a graduate degree in Economy at the University of São Paulo with a management course at Harvard Business School. ​
