Devaney Baccarin

Devaney Baccarin is a Partner within the Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice of Odgers Berndtson in Brazil. He joined Odgers Berndtson in February 2020.

Before his professional career in the area of executive search, Devaney performed as Director, VP and General Manager in multinational pharmaceutical companies like Roche, Eli Lilly, Wyeth, Genzyme, Astellas and Recordati Rare Diseases. During the last seven years, Devaney was a consultant for M&A, Licensing, Logistics and Start-ups of biotechs companies.

He is Brazilian and has a graduate degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry in USP, University of Sao Paulo, a Journalism degree from the Cásper Líbero Foundation and an MBA degree in Business Administration from ITA-ESPM, Aeronautics Brazilian Institute- Superior School of Advertising and Marketing.
