Andie Rees

Andie Rees is the Managing Partner of the Technology Practice across Asia Pacific for Odgers Berndtson.

Specialising in executive/leadership appointments where regional scale-up and/or an organisational pivot requires Leadership Evolution for the next stage of a company’s value creation journey.

Andie has spent over 35 years in sales and General Management leadership positions for Technology and Software companies in EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Before moving to Singapore in 1995 to start the regional business for a Silicon Valley technology company, he spent ten years in London in IT/Telecommunications sales leadership positions. Andie began his career as an Electrical Engineer and travelled the world as an engineering officer with P&O & Los Angeles-based Princess Cruises.
