Jukka Lehtiluoto

Jukka Lehtiluoto has 30 years of experience in Executive Search, both locally and internationally.

He started his career in MPS Enterprises and joined in 1993 Heidrick & Struggles as Managing Partner for the Finnish subsidiary. In the subsequent years with Heidrick & Struggles, Jukka served in similar MP role in Poland, while occupying management positions such as Head of the Nordic IT and Telco Practice out from Sweden. After returning back to Finland, he was a founding partner of TRANSEARCH.
Jukka was a member of the TRANSEARCH Global Council and oversaw the Nordics, Russia and the CEE region. Jukka conducts executive searches for Senior Management and Board positions with an international scope. He focuses on the Manufacturing Industry, Consumer as well as AI and IoT.

Jukka is fluent in Finnish, Swedish, English and German. Besides having Degrees in Marketing and Social psychology, he is a certified Solution focused Counsellor and Clinical Therapist.
