Svetoslav Vartigov is a Senior Consultant within Odgers Berndtson’s Executive Search Practice.

Collaborating with Odgers Berndtson’s high-performing delivery team, he specializes in sourcing candidates and developing talent pools for executive and senior-level management positions across the industry spectrum in Canada.

With over ten years of experience in human resources and client services, Svetoslav previously worked as a consultant at an international recruitment firm, where he managed the entire recruitment cycle for executive-level positions, primarily for clients in Quebec.

Svetoslav holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from the Université de Montréal and is a Certified Industrial Relations Professional (CIRC). He is recognized for his expertise in talent management and his ability to build strong, lasting relationships. Dedicated to the success of both clients and candidates, he is fluent in English, French, and Bulgarian. He is based in Montréal.
