Anchal is an Associate and joined the Odgers Berndtson team in August 2021.
She began her career in 2014 with one of the largest multinational banks, where she was a part of their wealth management team. She later moved to an Indian private bank as a private banker. She then transitioned into the executive search industry with a UK based multinational executive search firm as a Consultant, focusing on leadership roles within the BFSI space. She also has experience working for the Consumer and Retail practice.
Anchal has completed her Masters of Business Administration from Amity Business School, Noida and B.Com from Symbiosis Pune.
