Jenny Forrest

Jenny Forrest is a National Project Manager and Team Lead within the firm’s Executive Search Practice.

Based in Toronto, she serves as the dedicated Project Manager for the Canadian Board & Governance Practice, providing comprehensive administrative support and management throughout the executive search life cycle. In addition to her primary role, Jenny co-leads the Executive Search Project Coordination and Management team. In this capacity, she provides the team with the necessary tools, resources, and support to enhance project delivery.

Jenny has worked on hundreds of executive- and governance-level searches across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, encompassing a broad range of functions. Her exceptional organizational skills, superior level of commitment and strong customer-service orientation enable her to effectively navigate the intricate details and complexities of the search process, ensuring the smooth execution of each project.

Jenny joined Odgers Berndtson in 2014. Prior to this, she worked in publicity and promotions at Warner Bros. Pictures Canada. She also initiated and organized the Toronto Walk in the Park for Scleroderma for eight years. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from York University.
