Victoria Seys-Llewellyn is the Partner responsible for Client Audits. Her role is to speak to clients post-assignment to gather feedback. Previous to this, she was Director of People & Development responsible for the Human Resources function at Odgers, managing the recruitment, retention and development of all staff. She joined Odgers Berndtson in 1996 and operated as a senior Search Consultant working in both the Commercial and Public Sector arenas, recruiting Chief Executives and senior management positions for a wide variety of clients, including Professional Services, Retail, Charities and the Arts. . Victoria graduated in English and Art History at Manchester Metropolitan University and started her career in marketing in the world of fine arts, managing major accounts and organising international exhibitions.
