Sofia de Frutos is a member of the Research team at Odgers Berndtson Spain.

She conducts national and international C-Level searches, identifying candidates and providing market intelligence for various clients. Her experience in Executive Search focuses on sectors such as Tourism and Leisure, Hospitality, Legal Services, Technology, Gaming and Betting, among others. She holds a degree in Business Administration and International Hotel Management from Les Roches Marbella University and a Master in Human Resources and Talent Development from EAE Business School Madrid.
