Carlos Rosa

Carlos is Partner and regional head of Santa Catarina State, where the headquarters of many companies in Brazil are located.

Carlos Rosa worked for 20 years as an Information Technology executive at Whirlpool / Embraco and 16 years as an HR Executive also at Whirlpool, Universal Fitness da Amazônia / Athletic and at Pharmaceutical Prati Donaduzzi. In consulting, he worked at LHH and C-Level Executive Boutique. He is a board member certified by IBGC (2013) and specialized in Change Management and transition and succession.

Carlos Rosa has a degree in Data Processing from UTESC - Union of Schools of Technology of Santa Catarina and a Bachelor degree in Laws from UCE in Joinville, with a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and Management of Organizational Behavior from UNICEMP - Universidade Positivo.​
