Andrew combines extensive executive management experience in financial services operating in a global context with leadership consulting. Over 20 years, he fulfilled executive leadership mandates in the UK, Europe, Asia, the Middle East for insurance start-ups, country and regional management, followed by global roles responsible for business performance, client account management and sustainability and wellbeing.
Andrew’s passion for people inspired a transition into dedicated leadership consulting and executive and team coaching, to unlock higher levels of performance. Working with CEOs, CPOs and executive team leaders, he develops customised, and facilitates, leadership development programmes, including his signature ‘Next Level Growth’ team coaching. Global and country leadership teams across actuarial, legal financial services and education sectors and sales and operational teams have shifted their mindsets, elevated their collaboration and multiplied the impact of their leadership impact within and beyond the organisation.
A Principal in the Leadership Advisory Practice, he supports colleagues in the Financial Services and People and Culture Practices. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson Andrew spent over 20 years advancing to executive positions in one of the top, highly reputed 10 global banks, located in different geographies and working with very diverse, multinational teams and colleagues. He is also a certified ICF coach.
