We are determined that our business reflects the society within which we work. Our strategy to deliver this is built upon three pillars:

For our Clients:
We have received the highest level of accreditation for our diversity outcomes from the Cabinet Office and are proud that we will shortly introduce Diversity Monitoring across all our assignments. As well as this, across the business, colleagues have been creating programmes, hosting events, and writing content to encourage, promote and support diversity in their sectors and functions.
