Kristien Janssen-Kaldewaij

Kristien is managing partner of Odgers Berndtson Netherlands. Kristien always looks with the team for appropriate solutions to every leadership issue. Whether it is Executive Search, Assessments or (Team) Coaching, having personal and organisational impact is her top priority.  

In addition, Kristien leads the Industry practice, including manufacturing, transport & logistics, construction and energy industries. From international enterprises and corporate businesses to private equity firms and family businesses.   

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Kristien held various executive roles in sales and operations at Randstad and Selecta. In 2016 she won the ‘CCO of the Year’ award from the Sales Management Association. Kristien is also active as a supervisory director at Patijnenburg: an organisation that matches, advises and guides people with limited employment opportunities.  

Kristien holds a Master's degree in Law and is a NOBCO/EQA certified Coach Practitioner and Team Coach. She lives with her husband and three children in Rotterdam.
