He leads executive search projects for a variety of sectors and functional areas and in the implementation of team and leadership development programs. In addition to traditional sectors – such as Financial Services, Retail, and Industry / Engineering-, he specializes in areas such as Information Technologies, Digital, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Real Estate.
Previously, he was Talent Acquisition Manager at RAY Human Capital, a boutique consulting company with around 30 years of presence in the Portuguese market, having developed his activity in conducting recruitment processes for specialist and middle management roles, as well as in the design and implementation of Assessment & Development Centres, focusing on Young Talent and Team Effectiveness programs.
He started his career at TAP Portugal in the recruitment department, participating in the recruitment of core roles for the company, such as pilots and engineers.
He holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and a Specialization in Management from IESE Business School.
