Kristien Janssen New Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson Netherlands
Odgers Berndtson Netherlands, specialising in executive search and leadership services, is proud to announce that Kristien Janssen has become Managing Partner from 1 September 2023.
Kristien Janssen, a partner at Odgers Berndtson since 2019, succeeds Ed van der Sande, who returns to the Leadership Practice full-time after six years, focusing on Executive Search, Assessments and (Team) Coaching.
Kristien also continues to lead the Industry Practice where she guides top management in transitions within the manufacturing, transport & logistics, construction and energy industries.
