Leadership Assessment - Individual

Our LeaderBlueprint serves as the foundation for our assessments, focusing on competencies, experiences, and motivations. We achieve this through both qualitative and quantitative assessments. Our goal is to create a personal 'puzzle' using various building blocks.

Utilizing semi-structured qualitative interviews, we acquire profound insights concerning the candidate. These interviews are meticulously designed around the optimal LeaderBlueprint™ profile, specifically tailored to align with the role or strategic objectives of the organisation.

The quantitative tools we use, such as the psychometric instruments from Wave and Hogan, provide insights into an individual's capabilities, competencies, motivations, and responses under stress. These instruments support our semi-structured interviews.

Our individual reporting provides information on strengths, pitfalls, and development opportunities. These results are discussed with the candidate in a feedback session, where the candidate has the opportunity to ask questions and the results are explained in more detail. Our goal is for the candidate to recognize themselves in this report and gain additional insights into areas for development. The results are shared only with the candidate's consent.

For the organisation, we offer recommendations based on the previously established LeaderBlueprint™.
